For that extra peace of mind, add the Needak 4 Year Extended Warranty to your Needak Rebounder purchase. This warranty takes your existing default 2 year manufacturer’s warranty and doubles it for a total of 4 years. The extended warranty covers the springs, whether hard or soft bounce, which you will receive shipped to your door, completely free of charge.

Making a Claim
To make a claim, simply contact us, including your name and original order number. Once we receive your claim, we’ll send you further instructions and proceed to get your replacement springs shipped out!

Multiple Extensions
4 years not enough? You can add multiple extensions to your rebounder purchase, each one increasing the length of your warranty by another 2 years.

Terms and conditions
The Needak.com 4 Year Extended Warranty is exclusive to Needak.com and does not cover purchases made elsewhere. This warranty is only provided by Needak.com and is not transferrable to any other retailer or manufacturer. This warranty covers domestic, everyday use only, and does not cover public or commercial use. This warranty adds an additional two years to the basic warranty as provided by the manufacturer. If a claim is made during the first two years, it is at the discretion of the manufacturer and claims will be forwarded to them accordingly. Claims made after the first two years are made through Needak.com and covered by Needak.com. By purchasing multiple extensions, customers can add an additional two years to any new rebounder purchase. This warranty covers only the springs of the original rebounder, and does not extend to other parts of the rebounder or replacement springs themselves. To make a claim, customers must contact Needak.com directly and follow the instructions provided. Any successful claims are provided free of charge including the cost of shipping. Extended warranty covers only broken springs and it is at the discretion of Needak.com to determine how many springs are shipped for replacement. At the discretion of Needak.com, the extended warranty may be voided if excessive claims are made or if claims are made due to incorrect use of the rebounder. This warranty covers only normal wear and tear and does not include damage due to misuse, poor storage, or accidents. If multiple rebounders are purchased in one order, multiple extension warranties must be purchased to cover each rebounder. If less warranties are purchased than rebounders, they will apply only to the rebounders first purchased, in order, by serial number.
