We want you to be happy, and that's why we have less than a 1% return rate.
30 Day Returns
If you are unsatisfied in any way with your rebounder you may return it to us for a full refund minus shipping within thirty days. If your item arrives defective you must contact us as soon as possible. If your item is damaged or defective in any way upon receipt, you must send us images of the damage so it can be assessed. If the damage is a replaceable part, it forms a part of our warranty process, and you will be covered under that clause. If you fail to send us proof of the damage, we are unable to provide warranty support. Note that all returned rebounders must be brand-new and in un-used condition.
Return Process
Once confirmed, we will provide you a return address to ship the rebounder to. Once received, inspected and re-stocked by us, you will automatically be refunded your full purchase amount minus the original shipping fee. If the rebounder arrives in damaged, dirty or used condition, you may be charged a re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund (maximum 15%). If this situation arises, you will be contacted. But in most cases, a full refund (minus the initial shipping fee) is issued. We might also be able to provide you with a return label (at your cost) whereby payment will be requested before it is sent to you. You may request a quote for this at the time of your return request.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to it being sent for shipping. If cancelled within this time-frame you will receive a full refund. After this period all cancellations will be treated as returns.
Promotional Coupons
If you received a promotional gift certificate with your purchase, the amount of the gift certificate will be deducted from your refund. Gift certificates, including unused certificates, are non-refundable.
