*In signing this form, you give Needak the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, publish, and republish photographs, video, audio, words or any other form of media (materials) in all forms of communications (including printed materials) for promotional purposes (including, but not limited to, advertising, publicity, commercial, or display use),illustration, exhibition, editorial, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever. You acknowledge that you are not entitled to any acknowledgement, compensation or remuneration, royalties or any other payment from Needak or other partners in respect to the use of any materials. Needak agrees not to use any photo or interview in a manner that may be deemed adverse or defamatory to the person signing this form. You acknowledge that you relinquish any right you may have to examine or approve the completed Materials or their use(s). Vouchers or gifts provided as a result of submissions are at the discretion of Needak and Needak is not obligated under any circumstances to provide said gifts. Said gifts do not create a contract nor are they a form of payment or renumeration for submissions, nor are submissions provided or received with any guarantee of said gifts. In some cases, gifts will be provided as a gratuity for a successful submission, which remains at the sole discretion of Needak. Where submissions are not usable or do not follow instructions, or are poorly produced, or in any way deemed unfit for use by Needak, gifts may not be provided.
