Lubricating your rebounder is an easy, 5-minute maintenance ritual that you can do once a month, or once every few months, all depending on how much of a beating you give your rebounder. Doing so minimizes the amount of heat that builds up on the joints and also minimizes the noise that the rebounder makes. You can make your rebounder even quieter by putting a rug underneath it, or placing it on a carpet, to minimize the amount of reflected sound that is generated.
