Rebounding is uniquely fantastic for seniors and the elderly due to it’s three-pronged approach: firstly, it is extremely easy on the joints as compared to nearly every other exercise (with the exception of perhaps swimming). Secondly, it is extremely convenient and requires nearly no effort to engage in as it can be permanently positioned in the living room or a bedroom. Thirdly, and most relevantly, it activates the entire body, removing stagnancy from hard to reach places, improving balance and fitness, and reducing pain caused by inflammation and a lack of circulation.
